3C Repair Specialist
Job Description
Position Summary
The 3C Repair Specialist is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, testing, cleaning, and
documentation of HyperShell hip belt units received for service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring
products are restored to quality standards and that all repair activities are accurately documented within
company systems.
Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour during the initial two-month introductory period.
Following successful completion of the introductory period, compensation may increase to $22.00 to $23.00
per hour based on individual performance, productivity, quality of work, and adherence to company
standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Inspect all incoming HyperShell hip belt units and evaluate their overall condition.
* Perform error testing and diagnostic procedures to identify equipment issues and repair requirements.
* Clean and refurbish devices in accordance with established quality standards and service procedures.
* Repair or replace defective, damaged, or worn components as necessary.
* Conduct post-repair testing to verify proper functionality and performance.
* Maintain an organized and efficient repair workstation while following all safety and quality requirements.
* Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality goals.
Documentation and Recordkeeping
* Accurately record all repair activity within the company tracking system.
* Document SKU numbers, part numbers, serial information, and other identifying product data as required.
* Record diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts or materials used during the service process.
* Maintain complete and accurate service records to support inventory control, quality assurance, and
operational reporting.
* Ensure all documentation is completed before closing or releasing a repaired unit.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in repair, assembly, manufacturing, quality inspection, or a related technical
environment is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills.
* Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
